I agree. I can't see any benefit hooking the whole ACIA stuff on TOS >= 2.

Also, I'm pretty sure that MIDI IN is currently broken in FreeMiNT due 
to the current ACIA hook. This should be tested.

The ACIA hook should only been enabled in this case.

Maybe a config option would be even useful.
