[Freemint-list] Load MINT.CNF at odd address

Small corrrection: there is one case where transfer is not done through DMA,
and a user supplied buffer is used: when using DMARead/DMAWrite on an IDE
device (TOS only supports IDE0 there). In that case, a sector size of 512 is
assumed (the copy-loop is optimized for this, and called for the number of
sectors). Tha loop uses word accesses, without checking for an odd address, so
i would bet that this bombs on STE.
