[Freemint-list] Helmut & 1.18 builds available

Hi,

I've done some work based on feedback from one member of the ACP forum, he
was a bit confused with the current file structure in the snapshots section
so I've cleaned up a bit:

   - put "trunk" and the "out of the box" builds into separate directories
   - re-introduced builds from "helmut-enhancements" branch
   - introduced builds from "freemint-1_18" branch

The latter two are provided only in the "old school" way as there would be
more work required -- adding the mint loader & patching xaloader, patching
the kernel for mchdir, compare old and new file trees, ... perhaps not
worth the effort. Same goes for 1.17/1.16/1.15, here even patching Alan's
build script would be required.
