Yes, spreading is OK, but software developers use the WDIALOG's
functionality and thus force you to buy&use MagiC. And this is the
disease. WDIALOG should not be spread as TSR but as source code so
people could incorporate it into their operating systems (if it's really
so must-have system extension).
