VFATLCASE=y (default) force the return of lower case filenames for 
applications that run in MiNT domain.

This affect only filenames without a VFAT entry. These filenames are 
stored in big letters in normal FAT directory entries. This is very
unusable in a shell (Thing or a CLI).
