[MiNT] Hey MiNTers, Check out this webpage about using Apple's Sherlock Plug-ins on a Non-Macintosh!

I came across something very interesting when browsing for software for my
Newton. The format of the Apple Sherlock plug-ins is totally in the public
domain. Therefore, it is highly possible to create a multi-engine net
search utility for MiNT/TOS/GEM. The plug-ins use a script similar to HTML.

This is the URL to Hemlock, the freeware Newton search utility based on
Sherlock.

This URL describes the method of reading and creating Sherlock Plug-Ins.

PS: Possibly this could be used created as a desk accessory or as part of
MiNTSetter and the results can be displayed in the default text editor with
the ability to transfer the URL links to CAB using StringServer.
