Linux vcons aren't VT100s either (and that's a pretty big platform), and
besides, I was very surprised to find out that a lot of *nix boxes I
telnet to, actually support the ST52 protocol (and I mean without having
played nicie to the sysadmin). Not stv52 though. I usually set my term
to ST52 without any problems. I don't know what the differences are
between ST52 and STV52, but maybe we could get rid of them first?

(Btw, telnetting to a Linux box from a MiNT vconsole actually works
better than from a Linux vterm, because there's no trouble with the
cursor keys). :)
