While putting the info directly in CAB's dialogue worked,
CAB could not locate the defaults.  Here's what Alexander

CAB itself has nothing to do with the proxies. This is all done by 
the CAB.OVL. So you should ask the author of the CAB.OVL where to put
the proxy infos.
