Unless I am missing something obvious (?) what you propose would result in
a debug message whenever the kernel changed certain registers, but would
say nothing about whether the app minded them being changed or not, which
is what matters.
If you want to know whether the kernel might change certain registers it
would be sufficient to look at MiNT's source code.
