[MiNT] beta3.

Hello people.

bad news: beta3 is not stable.
good news: i can make it freeze 100% of the time if i run some program. so
NO random side effect, just plain freeze.

Frank, thomas, etc, load for example the game minesweeper (GEM game by Jay
software), v2.0.

In b2 and all other MiNT version, works perfect.
in b3, instant freeze no matter what.

lp, and I (before some testing) have noticed that it crashed quite often.
lp on his tt had b2 running for month without seeing any real crash.
on b3, he already got 3 or 4 freeze up in less than 2 or 3 days.

Me, the same basically.
