For some bisarre reason, pine doesn't use configure!

There are alot of "compile time options" to use though... and frankly I
don't know many of them, feel free to investigate them and report your
results here.

??? Pine since waaaay back supports IMAP. Actually IMAP was invented by a
person working at washington edu... and the staff at washington edu is
responsible for Pine.
