[MiNT] Net 1.04 and MINTLIB 0.55

I tried recompiling some XDD/XIF from that package, but it seems
that the new MINTLIB successfull building.  All I did was type
"make" on the same sources that succesfully recompiled using
Guido's Net 1.04 patches and LIB 0.54, previously.
