yes, not fully, but it is "supposed to", it even says in the help who
wrote the "vt100" emulator.  I was ending up to set TERM to vt100 to get
things to work anyhow, so I figured I may as well make it perminate.  It
seems to me to make little sense to introduce a new terminal type like
"tw52" or "st52", when we could just fix toswin to be fully VT52 and VT100
copliant.  Am I wrong here?
