[MiNT] Jinnee & EDITOBJC.SLB under 1.16a

ok, so i "fixed" this thing too - now i can start jinnee under 1.16a and i
don't see that "couldn't load EDITOBJC.SLB" message. Only thing i did was
the uppercasing the SLB itself and setting rwxr-xr-x as flags. Still no
idea, why i need this SLB under 1.16a only, but.. it works at least. ah, one
thing yet: i had to set in taskbar to hide this slb, after loading the
jinnee i saw "EDITOBJC.SLB&" as running application.
