[MiNT] Automated CVS Builds

Hey guys,

I propose to have the script build from source, then create a temp dir
and copy all relevant files to this dir like mint*.prg, mint.cnf,
mint.ini, etc, or xaaes.km, xaaes.cnf, etc.  Just decide on a good file
list, and then zip up that dir and upload that.  In addition upload the
full source tree pre-built just in case anyone wants to see.

I think a good start would be to examine binary distros that are out
now.  Just copy all xfs, xdd, xif, etc, kernel prg and that's about it
for freemint.  Create a separate archive for each tool like toswin2, and
all the other tools.

Remember, this is work I only do once and then it just runs so might as
well do it right and make good availability of everything even if it's
not updated frequently right now.
