CKBD does work fine under current MiNT, except for one of the CPXs that crashes with memory protection. Since the sources are available, this should be fixable. In fact, the whole program could be added to the FreeMiNT CVS and included as a system tool.
I don't think it belongs in the FreeMiNT CVS. If CKBD-functionality is needed in FreeMiNT, it should be implemented in the keyboard-handler in the kernel. Does CKBD do anything that MiNT does not do itself, except for the deadkey-support?
