This will pass the commit message to checkin.php for all commits. If the
string 'issue #nnnn' is found in the commit message, the Mantis bug
corresponding to "nnnn" will have the CVS commit message added as a bug note
to the issue. Multiple issues can be listed.
This would mean that any fix that corresponds to a bug in the bugtracker,
should contain this string 'issue <bug-number>'.

We should use the bug-tracker more often, and users should be told how to
write nice bug-reports for fixable bugs.

This is a way to handle things I missed for long.

And people will have to be reminded about it

A lot of Helmuts new code is bug fixes from current bug tracker bugs,
so you future commits to main-trunk would be a nice test for this

But from what i can gather the CVS feature in Mantis is not fully
working yet, which obviously need looking at asap..

Alan looked into why it's not working. I guess it's not an easy fix. The way the system is setup, to quote Alan, it would need "

some serious file reorg to make this work currently."

Baby is 6 weeks away and counting.. equals no time for me!
