Re: [MiNT] how to compile stik/sting stuff with gcc4

Btw, if I might make a suggestion, this header file should be placed into tools/gluestik directory in freemint tree, I don't like very much it's available only on my web (and author of sting has disappeared years ago).

All right, I've spent about an hour to get this done. On my web you can find 100% gcc 2.95/4.x compatible transprt.h header file. That means if are developer of some stik/sting based application and want to use our newest gcc for compilation, you must use this one. There were even some bugs in stack restoring in original file, I've (hopefully right) fixed them, too. I could only test functions used in zWeather but so far it seems good. I've also followed Vincent's advices for code formatting and CF-friendly instructions. I'm unsure only about one thing and that is "move.b d0,-(sp)" and following stack restore -- on m68k, this increases stack with +2, on CF (IIRC) only +1 so the stack gets corrupted.
