With "point for list" I meant, for example: The point in front of an
unordered HTML list.
Iconv has an feature that uses similar looking characters from the
destination charset, if the original symbol is not present within the
destination charset. Maybe this feature isn't enabled during netsurfs init
of the lib, I should have a look.
