I guess the XML parsing is no problem here ( I ported ezxml to MiNT and
also to PureC ..., and it works quite well & easy, and there is also
libxml for gcc ).

..But writing the complete tool is more work than writing XML part of it.

What about newsie, did you ported it to GCC yet ;) ?
