Re: [MiNT] Synergy

For my case I have falcon on one monitor, mac on another monitor and mega ste on a high res mono monitor. I would like to be able to control all of these simultaneously easily from one nice keybd/mouse. So I can go over to mega ste to control IRC, mac to browse and faclon to develop and I can switch between. I am most productive this way.

Thanks,
Mark

It is nice that someone is going to port more apps for the Atari.
What would be the application for this on the Atari?
I used/tested Synergy at my workplace because we do have situation where there
is a cluster of systems but found the normal KVM, or even RDP more useful
because these don't extra monitors.
For my Atari, I have several system up sharing a single monitor via a KVM, but
not individual keyboard/mouse (as needs eiffle to share a normal PS/2 device).

These are Infrastructure type applications.... personally I think if user-end
type applications (office type, graphics etc) are ported, more ppl will turn to
Mint.
Just my 2 cents.
