Let me explain a bit clearer.
The slb's have always been in c:\gemsys\slb and Aniplayer used
to work perfectly.
I assume that when the "bug" appeared I must have changed all
the mint.cnf files to use c:\mint\slb
Mint.cnf now has setenv SLBPATH c:\mint\slb but there are
no slb's in that folder and Aniplayer works. I even removed
the slb folders from the Aniplayer folder just to be sure
it isn't loading them from there.
I am certain it is loading them from C:\MINT\1-18-CUR\
