I have noticed that the shutdown process seems to have changed. I normally close from the Task Mgr and previously all the open windows and apps would close before the shutdown text stuff was written to the screen. Since the update a couple of weeks ago, most windows/apps don't close and the shutdown text is written over the desktop. Peter
