assume that most people that are using Falcons set the language inNVRAM. In that case "English" would be 0.
There is a "fix" that is actually a bug that causes lang to be takenfrom keyboard if lang from AKP is 0 and there is no other setting. Willremove this.

The problem here is that the AKP-cookie on my TT and on aranym (EmuTOS) is1, which means keyboard German, language English, even though the valuesin NVM are both German. That's why I introduced this. But one should notfix one bug with another.


Is this cookie initially set by TOS?
