You can't. If you're using NVDI, you have to use the traditional NVDI
method to set the resolution, like you're currently doing in you 1.17
setup. Is there a specific reason you need NVDI and/or TOS 4.04? If
not, fVDI+EmuTOS will give you much more speed and any resolution you
want.
