I have dropped CTCM speed down from 90Mhz to 75 but have the same issue.

I get the same problem whether I use the SVethlana or EtherNAT (I only use one XIF at a time as dhclient doesn’t appear to support multiple adaptors). Note that I am using the drivers included in the trunk distribution, the only files I have pulled from my 1-18-0 folder are mint.cnf, xaaes.cnf and svethlan.xif

I'm little bit confused, where did you find 1.18/1.19 specific svethlan.xif driver? Maybe you mean 1.18 inet4.xdd? Are you sure the drivers are properly loaded in 1.19? I have similar setup so I can test it for you (as I'm using super-stripped 1.16 on my Falcon) but don't want to mess with thousand things so let's be sure what to test first :)
