Troubles with mail clients

Hi folks,

I'm having trouble with mail clints. First; When i fetch mail from 
my  pop3 server there is some carbage before first mail in mbox-file 
and mutt says it's corrupted. I can repair mbox with text editor but 
it's not very practical. What is wrong ?


Another good program Pine is also giving headache; How can get mail 
from pop3 server to my own computer ?
