Very easy, it's just a matter of commenting out four lines of code in
main.c. But is this a good idea? A brief look at the code (bios.c,
biosfs.c) indicates that MiNT actually uses RSVF for it's serial
devices. If the cookie isn't destroyed, and other programs use it
(like CoNnect perhaps), it's out of MiNTs control and things can get
really messy.

?? What's the problem? Haven't he heard about links? I have both ttyX
and modemX in /dev.
