No. It is a stock 32MHz TT with 16MB RAM, and a Pentium(1)-200 (running
Win95 when testing TOS2WIN).

TOS2WIN was the fastest emulator at that time (the current MagicPC should be
faster), and I used multiple versions (beta and release). Graphics and
filesystem operations are a lot faster on TOS2WIN since these are handles in
native x86 code and not in 68k emulation, but even the raw CPU emulation
easily beats the TT.
