No. It's a kernel loader. It loads binaries based on the CPU type, unless a default kernel binary is available. This means that it's launch before the SYSDIR exists. The SYSDIR is a property of the kernel.

Yep. I posted the source to get feedback, but tbh it seems noone looked at it.
