This is an problem with all mailers I know... If the 
mailer supports it, you should click "Reply All". 
But then you have to remove the senders address from 
the recipients, otherwise he gets the mail twice, one 
time directly from you, and the second time from the 
list... I assume MyMail supporrs "ReplyAll"?
