No. Not really. Not to the extent that a discussion like this is
needed, at all. The driver has nothing to do with the physical
implementation of the keyboard interface. Common sense rules; it's a
known fact on this platform that original Atari keyboards doesn't
report too many keys simultaneously, hence it wouldn't make sense to
rely on such behavior. It's like relying on capabilities like having a
mouse with 15 buttons.
