I will try to set some more breakpoints to trace the problem....
It looks like the problem just happens during wind_open(), it never reaches a breakpoint after wind_open()..., 

Maybe the window is in an invalid state somehow,...
Next step will be using aranym with MP and see if I can get more infos about the 
memory protection fault reported.
