In this case with the line of line.app draw above the popup menu :-( so
it looks not a window
It's an ordinary box ;)
I thought that in this case returning 0 in WF_FIRST/NEXTWXYH could keep an
app from drawing, but let the timer continue running. Just an idea. Not as
a workaround for bad programming, but as a general rule.
