Thanks for your comprehensive answer! I will keep in mind that you 
posted such an
comprehensive text, and I hope I can make use of it some day. :)

However, using the _pc_asm.s fixed all the problems. :)

So, now I can definitly publish gemlib & cflib for AHCC/coldfire.

My AHCC settings:

 - 32 bit int's
 - cdecl turned off
 - .C[-27] to compile code compatible for Coldfire and m68020
