It looks as if the information you quoted is from the host 192.168.0.1 .
It might help to see the routing on 192.168.0.2 as well.

This looks fine.

Unless I have missed something, everything is fine and it should be
working.

If packets destined for 192.168.0.1 are going onto the internet then it
sounds like a routing problem. I don't know how this comes about since
your routing looks ok. Try disabling IP masquerading since this simplifies
things a bit and see if the problem still happens.

You will just have to do more diagnosis...
