If I recall you can find a doc on the nvdi 2.5 master disk.
It's probably contained within the nvdi 5.x docs but I cannot say
for sure.  I've reposted these docs on my webpages as nvdi2doc.zip,
it's very small.  It in the GFA section under docs.
