ls in Ubuntu Linux isn't case-sensitive either. Can we count the
few million Ubuntu users ? ;-)

My openSUSE Linux ls (ls -l) is also case insensitive. The value of
the LANG variable is 'en_GB.UTF-8'

MacOS is case sensitive. Really I think we may be splitting hairs a bit ;) "OMG ls is case sensitive", meanwhile we have no vm, dynamic linking, etc. Should probably focus on real problems.
Btw I meant that to be funny rather than offensive :)
