mfp addresses in freemint 1.15.0 release version

Hi there,
I've just taken a look into mfp.h of the release version of
FreeMiNT 1.15.0 and saw that the mfp addresses are
set to 0x00fffa?? for non-Milan systems. This is IMHO not a good idea
since a) the compiler cannot optimize these to word addressing (faster) and
b) at least the Hades (also Medusa?) does not provide the ST IO area at the
end of the first 16MB (0x00ff????). It will be available only after the Hades
accessory activates the rom port board and therefore has to split the ram in
ST and TT ram.

I didn't check out if also other hardware is accessed at the ST IO addresses.
