  BTW, the docs I have say -not- to use the 57600 setting, as it causes
  problems on some machines. Has this been fixed now? Thanks.
 
  This is from the KEMD docs:

(B) Adjust the speed of your modem. *Note* For some reason people 
    reported that the speed at 57600 is not supported. 

(C) You need to call your internet provider and ask them for the MTU 
    and MRU for your PPP account. Most of the time it will be 1500 or 
    1006. And most of the time MTU=MRU. 

    If nothing else is added in this file, the default values would be 
    MTU=MRU=1500. 

If you have a provider with values=1006 like me, you have to add the 
lines in the .ppprc file:
MTU 1006
MRU 1006

KE ->Remember, don't load any cpx for serial and all if you are gonna use
KE ->mintnet. Not needed, and mess up things more than anything else.
KE ->As in, you connect and the AES is not loaded.
KE ->fine, then you load the AES, the cpx will kick in automatically, and will
KE ->reset some value, so pppd will work weird, if at all.
KE ->Best to NOT use serial cpx there.

  I've been using the SERIAL.CPX that comes with the STing archive, it allows
  access to the Falcon's higher port speeds, and I've not had any problems that
  I'm aware of. I'll try it without it, just to see what happens. ;-)
