IMO vlogin should be an userspace program. It is a login utility and I thin
it would be easy to do it as km.

On the other hand moose.adi should/could be global with proper /dev/ so
anybody could use it. Ie. is loaded on first time, and on next time someone
wants to load it he gets a pointer to already loaded version or so.
