Correct. It waits five seconds for a responding AV-server before it
gives up.

I recommend auto-starting Taskbar from the desktop, and then autostart
anything else you might want to autostart by dragging these programs to
the start.grp group-file. It's a lot easier than using the desktop's
install-feature to autostart a program.
